As well as current assignments you can also view any documents relating to any previous cases such as affidavits, statements of service, picture for proof of service, reports, invoices. courier receipt forms and other correspondence. Automated e-mails are also sent to advise you of updates and confirmation of successfully completed assignments.
The system allows you to allocate new assignments. A link on our home page automatically guides you to the OPTS login page. Once securely logged in you can see all the information you require. The information is held encrypted on secure servers. The agent assigned to the case and all details, including contact details and email address, are also available when you view your case online.
